"Felt stuck trying to return something"
I tried to exchange a tablecloth, and it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. It took days just to hear back, and then they told me I’d have to cover return shipping plus extra fees. At that point I felt kind of trapped, like there was no easy way out without spending more money and time. By the time everything was supposedly getting sorted, I was just over it and gave up. Definitely not worth the stress, and I won’t be ordering from Rlinens again.

"Pretty good quality, just one small thing"
I ordered a few linens from Rlinens the stitching seems solid to me. The seams feel strong, and after washing them once I didn’t notice any loose threads, which is usually what I look for first. One corner was a little uneven though, and maybe I’m being picky, but I did notice it. It’s not a big enough issue to make me unhappy, especially for the price. Overall I feel like it was a good buy, right? I’d probably order again

i mean, the color looked completely different in person than it did in the photo. I was disappointed because it wasn’t what I was expecting at all.

"Good, but the customization felt limited"
I liked parts of it, but I also kept getting frustrated because I couldn’t really customize what I needed. It’s not a huge deal, but it was annoying. I wouldn’t say it’s terrible or anything, just not as flexible as I expected.

"Not gonna lie, it wrinkled way too fast"
Not gonna lie, I was disappointed that it came out wrinkled after just one wash. I expected it to hold up a little better.

"Sizes were mostly right"
I ordered a few linens from rlinens.com, and yeah, the sizes were mostly what I expected. One of them was a little off, but it wasn’t a big deal. I just had to adjust it a bit and it worked out fine. Shipping was normal too, no issues there

"Order mix-up was really disappointing"
I was disappointed with my order from rlinens.com. The sizes I received weren’t the ones I had picked, and one item was missing altogether. I tried to get it sorted out, but the whole process ended up being more frustrating than it should have been. It reminded me how much the little details matter when you’re ordering something online, especially when you’re counting on it to be right the first time. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Pretty much confirmed what I expected"
I contacted support hoping they’d finally fix my issue, but I kind of expected it wouldn’t go anywhere, and that’s exactly what happened. The problem is still there, so this just confirmed my feeling that they’re not really helpful when something goes wrong...

I tried shopping on Rlinens, but the whole experience felt kind of aggravating. The pages loaded slowly, and the filters were confusing enough that I kept getting annoyed. I had to click around way too much just to find basic items, which made what should’ve been simple feel unnecessarily stressful.

Some colors were sold out. That was kind of annoying. I still found one I liked though, so I ordered it.

I was disappointed with this. The fabric started feeling thin after just a few washes, and then I noticed it was fraying in a couple of spots. For the price, I expected it to hold up a lot better. I also tried asking about it and kept getting inconsistent answers, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

Ordering itself was fine, but after that the communication was frustrating. The website seemed to say one thing about my order, but the updates I got didn’t really match, so I wasn’t sure what was actually going on. I had to reach out more than once, and the replies were short and not very clear. The items did show up in the end, but the whole process felt way more confusing and stressful than it needed to be.

I bought these linens for work, they started showing stains quickly. Compared to other linens I’ve used, these just don’t seem to bounce back as well after washing. They’re fine at first, but if you need them to keep looking clean and presentable, I’d probably look at other options.

"Didn’t really survive the wash"
I bought some linens from rlinens.com and they looked fine when they first arrived, so I was hopeful. But after the first wash, they just weren’t the same. I followed the care instructions, haha, so I was surprised to see shrinking, rougher fabric, and a ton of wrinkles. For linens that are supposed to be washed regularly, I expected them to hold up better. Disappointing overall.

I’m not trying to be picky, but the linens felt way overpriced to me. I ended up finding what looked like the same thing cheaper somewhere else, so I couldn’t really justify paying more here

I placed a bulk order thinking the discount would make it a great deal, but once shipping was added and I saw what I actually got, it just didn’t feel worth it at all!!! I was really expecting more for the money!!!
Some of the items were fine, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but for such a large order I expected better value and way less hassle!!! I don’t think I’d order in bulk from here again!!!

I don’t really get what the fuss would be about because ordering was simple for me. Checkout went through fine, and I didn’t run into any issues.

I had a hard time getting a reply from customer service. Maybe they were just really busy or I was expecting too much, but it felt like it took forever. And when they finally did get back to me, the response didn’t really help much, so I was still kind of stuck...
